Modifying or cancelling existing bookings

You can reschedule a booking up to 24 hours before the original time of your booked slot. However, this option is only available if you originally booked a single slot. If you booked two or more slots in one booking, rescheduling is not possible for any of those slots due to the way the booking system works. To ensure flexibility, we recommend booking one slot at a time if you anticipate needing to reschedule.

To edit your booking for single slot bookings:

  • Once logged in to the booking system, click on your name in the top right hand corner of the page. This will take you to your account page.
  • Find the booking that you wish to alter in the list and click on the booking code (blue text).
  • On the booking invoice page, click on "Edit this booking" (top right).
  • Click on "Edit item" on the right of the page (make sure to select the correct item if multiple slots were booked in the same transaction)
  • If you wish to alter your time slot, select the date and time required then click "save".
  • To cancel you booking altogether click on "Remove from invoice" and confirm.
